Sanata Hotel - Tbilisi

Comfy rooms, friendly staff, and we even had a room with a bathtub. The location was convenient, being close to the city and on the way to the airport. 🛁

Everything was great with comfy rooms. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Very very kind staff and favourable and perfect location not far from the Airport, the next metro station and metro Isani. Also, by metro old city center. Easy base for exploring Tbilisi...

We had a pleasant 3-night stay. The double room was great, with central heating, a TV, and a refrigerator. The staff was kind and friendly, and the host was also welcoming. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the old city center, metro, buses, and the airport. Excellent service was provided during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located as it's just on the edge of an older residential area and already on the way out to the airport. It's easy to reach the city centre by metro, with a station nearby. the staff are friendly and accommodating, with a clean room and comfortable bed. the breakfast offers a variety of products and the courtyard is a pleasant place to sit.

One potential downside is that there are some issues with the amenities in the room, such as faulty light bulbs, weak water pressure in the shower, and occasional disruptions to the Wi-Fi connection.

I had a wonderful stay at Sanata in Tbilisi. The staff were accommodating and were really good too ensure my comfort. They allowed me to check in early and even provided breakfast on a day that wasn't included in my reservation. When I had noise issues, they immediately gave me a different room, actually an upgrade at no extra cost. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness really impressed me. The courtyard was lovely and provided a peaceful place to relax under the shade of trees. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including omelettes, vegetables, fruits, cheese, and baked goods. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were some minor inconveniences. Some of the light bulbs in the room didn't work, and the water pressure in the shower was occasionally weak in the evening.

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. It was nice to be close to public transport and the city.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude, causing me a lot of stress during my stay. the heating system was not working and it was impossible to sleep due to the cold.

During my xmas stay, I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was varied and provided a good selection including omelette, fruits, baked goods and more. the hotel had a beautiful and calm courtyard which provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a few minor issues. Some of the light bulbs in the room didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was sometimes weak.

Great stay! We loved the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfy beds. The courtyard was a nice spot to relax under the trees. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to the airport.
